It depends upon your shopping website that is reliable or not....
You can buy cheap cigarettes online in USA at cigarela.com. It is a Online discount cigarettes store for Marlboro, Chesterfield, Pall Mall blue, Davidoff gold slim etc.

(Moderators Note: This comment is from cigarelia.com, same as the previous comment. If I get any more of these, I will remove them as spam, as two posts from the same IP is clearly spamming).

i have ordered for more than 6 years from canadacigarettes.org great site and customer service , i also have ordered from cigspot with success and great customer service , ciggiesworld was good too me too but i prefer to order cartons so dont use them much , and the reason im here today is because i was looking into dutyfreeking complaints because i was told 11 days ago theres delay in shipment due to stock and when i emailed to ask about when it will ship or what else is stocked to change order to something than can ship i get no replies , at first i got replys fast telling me payment recieved "bitcoin" delay in shipment and to expect shipping notification soon but its taking forever , i just hope i diddnt get scammed because its for 3 cartons and thats all my smoke money for the month :/ i guess since im new customer at dutyfreeking im a bit paranoid i got scammed paying in bitcoin, i have all my receipts and emails and realize there could just be a long delay but find it strange that my emails to dutyfreeking are not being anwsered :( i also just recieved a order from bnb tabacco which is a great site but unfortuantly i diddnt see cigs just tons and tons of cigars cigarellos blunts supplies etc

meh - Thank you for sharing this with us, it all helps to understand whats going on out there. Really sorry you had this issue, and sometimes it can take 6-12 months to sort out. If you paid by bitcoin, it might not be possible to get the money back, so the only option is to keep pestering them and hope you shame them into sending your items. If the item you ordered is out of stock, then they could offer your a replacement based on similar items of a different brand. If this isnt possible, maybe the web site is just a front, and maybe they dont even have cigs to sell? At least you have a place here to get angry, which can help.

ya i was thinking its just a front but then why arnt there tonns of complaints ohh i see the websites new for 2018 that explains why i cant find complaints , well its been another week and webpage says still processing , my emails being ignored when asking to ship differnt kind that is in stock or refund :( glad this page is here to warn others , if they dont ship my order im gonna spam all youtube cig reviews call better buisness and leave comments on bitcoin forums too help others not get scammed ,

anyone reading this and shopping new sites online i suggest you start with minimum order and dont order 3 cartons like i did untill you know :P

another fishy thing about dutyfreeking is they have Richmond Cherry 4 which i thought had been discontinued years ago

some sites have Richmond cherry slims still but other sites say richmond out of buisness , anyone know about Richmond cigarettes , guess im wondering if the ones i do see and get are fake because ive been told many times that richmond brand discontinued along with rich aroma

Post by Dan on Jul 27, 2018 15:20:48 GMT
There are still quite a few web sites which seem to still offer AROMA RICH (like Rum & Cherry) By Richmond Tobacco, and they appear to be still available as of 2016. The stock you can see online may be old stock. I cant find any info on the availability or status of those. But I will make a page in the Flavoured and Unique section for them, in case anybody has any news.

Hello everyone,

I am new here and had questions regarding Sobranie London Cocktail end Sobranie Black Russian Filter Cigarettes. As I live in the US, should I purchase from a seller in Russia or Ukraine? What are the chances of cigarettes being seized by customs? Or does anyone here know if I could buy the Sobranies in Brooklyn, maybe in the Little Odessa/Coney Island section or any other Russian community in or around Brooklyn? Thanks in advance!

I've ordered cigs on DutyFreeKing.co August 20, 2018 and today is October 30, 2018 and my order even has not been processed. I've written a lot of emails to their support but the only answer that I've got - 'There are some issues with our warehouse and we will notify you when they will send your package to you'

Conclusion: NEVER-EVER buy on dutyfreeking.co site!!!!

Hello Renee.

Buying single packs are usually a lot safer than buying lots of the same item, like a carton, as these are more for collectors, like me! :) I notice sometimes these appear on eaby, and here is one example.

Thanks so much for the well thought out reviews. I was looking for a vendor who would ship cigarettes, just for the convince. After looking around the web I got a very uncomfortable feeling and decided I didn't want to share my personal and financial information with any of them. I will continue to walk to the local store to get my smokes.

@fadyn

I live in UK and have been using Ciggiesworld since September last year. Since then I have ordered 7 shipments which have all arrived through the post within 2 weeks of ordering (I'd say the average wait is about 11 days), all very carefully and discretely packaged.

Initially, I was a bit concerned about not being able to pay by credit card (with the added insurance/security that it gives) and having to make a bank transfer, but I took the risk and have not looked back.

I order 10 packs of 20x Marlboro Red at a time and this costs me £36 including postage; approx 1/3 of the price you would pay in the shops here! The cigs are genuine, non-FSC and delicious! The packs are branded too; so much better to look at than the ugly plain packaging we now have here, although they do have small health warning images on them, some of which are pretty revolting!

I wholeheartedly recommend buying your cigs from Ciggiesworld

Just bought two packs of "The Peace" from to-world.com. I payed with Bitcoin. They shipped it three days later and I got a tracking code. The cigarettes arrived a week later in Germany. Everything worked out fine.

Thats interesting. Thanks for this feeback. I've moved To-World up a bit in the listings, and added a few more today.

Hello Dan, et al.,

I am especially interested in cigoutlet.net, sometimes mentioned in this forum. It has really good reviews on resellerratings.com.

Thanks much! If I order before hearing anything, I'll certainly let folks know how it goes.
I updated the info on Cigoutlet.net, and moved it to Unknown.

Yes do let us know if you order and receive any goods. Did you say you live in America? Sometimes USPS can be slow to deliver, and this is sometimes why shipments are late.

Hey again guys, still no update about my DutyFreeKing.co order. But I’ve came across a new website called gigarettes.com/ it looks like it has decent prices and good shipping cost for the UK (Free Shipping option!) and can pay buy credit card. Just wondering if anyone here has had any experience with them? And it is a fairly new website aswell.
Hello~ AZ
How is it going on your order on dutyfreeking?
Dutyfreeking emailed me the tracking number of my order on 08/13/2019, but whenever I check the tracking on usps.com, it still shows me
that " laberl is not created yet". this means the tracking nuber is in the system of usps, but dutyfreeking had not sent the order actually.
I will update regarding this.

Hi AZ!
Duplex King gave me the tracking number. But every time I look up the tracking number, It keep getting an error. Dufreeking says that the post office's soft update sometimes causes errors, so cigarette packages will arrive by the end of August. It seems telling me a lie. What is your order status now? Did you receive a tracking number?
I don't know whether I should wait more or decide that dutyfreeking.co is scam and call my credit card company.
AZ! please, let me know about yours.

Anyone know if cigroad is legit? Trying to find discontinued Virginia super slims (purple pack) that can be delivered in the USA and that site is one of the only ones carrying them still

Post by az on Aug 22, 2019 19:15:58 GMT
Hi, I’ve not received any tracking number or nothing. The only response I got is it’s waiting for “clearance” which to me sounds like BS. I’ve ordered from many places and not one has ever said I have to wait for clearance to get a tracking number. I’m saying now to call it quits and call your credit card, I heavily believe DutyFreeKing is a scam.

Hi, just an update on this. I did chargeback in the end against dutyfreeking.co. The whole website is a scam, they get you to wait an absurd amount of time for a tracking number and the one they send you is fake. They only sent me the fake tracking number sometime after I charged back. If anyone has purchased with them I recommend you send frequent emails because if your Credit card company asks for evidence like mine did then this helps alot. I have successfully got my money back and urge everyone to stay away from them.

Hey folks - thanks for the updates, and sorry for the delayed response.

FYI - It seems cigoutlet.net is out of the running. I called them a few times to get a better idea about their viability. It went from bad to worse. The so-called customer service rep gave one-word, vague answers. It wasn't a conversation and only made you feel less certain. For my next two calls, they kept repeating they were having "technical difficulties" indefinitely and weren't able to answer questions or sell to new customers. Anyway, it was all pretty murky and I suppose i can thank my lucky stars that i didn't make an order a few weeks ago. So much for those good reviews on resellerratings.com.

I'll keep looking; i just hate these darn FSC cigarettes! According to previous comments here, sounds like i should check out to-world and cigroad. Cigs4us makes me nervous due to no credit cards.

Happy hunting to those who are also looking!

Piglet and natasha - Cigroad now added to the list, filed under unknown.

natasha, after your report on the sales rep situation of cigoutlet, I moved them down, as this sounds like suspicious behaviour to me. I mean, if they were legit they would be very happy to answer all of your questions. As noted on the list, I'd say 35% of those listed are run out of the Far East or South America, so its difficult to establish a loving relationship with those who have only a basic grasp of English.

Hi Dan,

Cigroad is definitely not looking good. Their website actually seems more legit and better written than many but, despite clear contact info and instructions, they simply do not answer my email and phone inquiries. And they are supposed to be based in the U.S., which seemed more promising. Obviously I wasn't able to learn whether or not the cigarettes being sold were FSC, but that doesn't matter if they aren't acting like a legit business!

I have yet to try to contact to-world, as they state they are based in Japan, and only accept payment by wire transfer and bitcoin.

Thanks - I'll check in again if i make any progress. In the meantime, any new leads are always welcome!

I almost sent and order to To-world but when I went in to the bank to order a wire transfer, I got a bad feeling and just didnt order.

If people are willing to order non-FSC cigs from the Far East - basically asian copies of US brands - why not check out JTExpress.tokyo. They are listed under 100% safe, but I've had no comments from buyers on here. The company is the online shop connected to the manufacturer Japan Tobacco, so although prices are higher, you are dealing with the source. Unlike the rest of the world, you can get any flavour you want over there - like raspberry or peach.

I had a bad experience with gigarettes. I live in New York paid the extra 11 dollars for their quick shipping and didn’t receive anything this was back in June. I bought from cig road 2 weeks ago and got my order last week. I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

Thanks a lot Dan. I'm looking at JTExpress as you suggested. I have no idea what the Japanese version of Marlboro cigarettes are like, but may try them. Still need to confirm whether or not they're FSC - just waiting for an answer to my email inquiry. (It sounds like you have info that they are non-FSC, but i can't find anything about it on their website.) The price is good at 5100 yen (about $47) for a carton and, while shipping is high at about $36 for 1 carton, it becomes about $39 for 2 cartons - obviously the better choice to defray cost.

There are no warnings about JTExpress on scamadvisor, but I can't find any reviews per se. Sounds like you've received some positive info in the past however. I'll let you know whether or not they respond to my inquiry.

Thanks again! Wonder why it's so hard to find a decent site in Europe - oh well...

Hello Dan and other interested folks,

Well wish me luck, I am about to order from JTExpress. It really seems the best choice. Really good posts about it on reddit, not to mention JTExpress always responded to my emails. I emailed them three times, and received an answer within minutes or hours each time. It's from someone there with a gmail address ("seahands")- not a corporate-type email, fyi. This person, Seahands, gave very reasonable answers to my questions. For example, even though unsure about the FSC issue (it's not well known anymore, especially outside the U.S.), Seahands checked all the writing on the pack. (I don't believe they are FSC, thank goodness.) Seahands also made the effort to answer, as best as he/she could, my questions about similarity to U.S. Marlboros as well as manufacturing. Still not sure about taste, but I'll find out myself soon enough.

I checked a few other sites on reddit. FYI - Postings about Smokers-mall are dismal. Ciggiesworld, however, seems to be reliable and popular per reddit. Their prices are lower than JTExpress (25% lower for my brand). Since their billing seems complicated (no credit cards) and they may not accept orders for full cartons, I didn't look further. Maybe someday. BTW, I wrote to tabac-boutique.com, but received no response. It seems they don't ship to the U.S. anyway.

I'll let you know how it goes!
