Thanks for the tip of CanadaCigarettes.org. Dont be fooled by domain names. Many have .co.uk but are not based in the UK. CanadaCigs are actually based in Minsk in the Ukraine, but are registered in Hong Kong due to an international trade tax loophole. You can find a description of their web sites by looking for CigOutlet listed under suspicious.

Great to hear that these online stores sometimes do get it right, and deliver their goods.
I havent heard back from natasha above, and its been 30 days, so Im wondering whats going on with JT.
Hi Dan,
Very sorry about the delay. I have to confess I took a "detour". I actually ordered from a different site, but got scammed. A very big ouch. I just haven't had it in me to even think about ordering online again.
Before finalizing an order with JTExpress, I found a site called cigmania.com. Supposedly it was located in the U.S. and offered non-FSC cigarettes (Marlboro). The site actually looked better than most and they answered inquiries immediately. I also found a few positive reviews online. Well, I wasn't 100% confident but still took the plunge, since I wasn’t completely sure about any site or foreign products anyway. Not only was Cigmania.com’s product just what I wanted, it also seemed less risky due to a lower minimum order requirement and being in the U.S. (supposedly). Anyway, they disappeared soon after I paid them directly, and that was that. Couldn't believe it. You won't be able to find them now - everything was deleted, from their email addresses to the site itself. There were a few small red flags but, since they did seem better in general, i ignored these little deficiencies. From everything I had seen, none of the other sites seemed high quality either, so I had assumed this was simply due to the type of business. I obviously had the misfortune of finding these guys just at the “wrong” time – just before they disappeared. (I reported them on scamadviser.com, giving the worst rating and review and, strangely, right afterwards their score went up to 95% from the 83% rating it had been previously. Perhaps scamadviser is also a scam.)
So that’s the story and thanks much for your interest. Maybe they belong on both your “Not Safe” list (if they pop up again) and your “Taken Down” list, but as the Master List Maker, you know best! Thanks again.

Hi. I had been thinking about you, so thanks for the feedback. If you take a short cut to our safe list, I cant really help, as if they are not years old by now, they have no rep to speak of. If you notice any further web sites not from our list, feel free to ask, and I'll investigate them before you buy.
A general rule of thumb is to always pay by credit card, or at least paypal, so you have some kind of fraud protection, and can claim your money back. New web sites pop up each day, and all look like fresh lollypops, but if they ask for a non-secure payment, you risk everything. Im not too concerned about adding another dead web site to the list, so thats just another lesson learned I guess. It wouldnt surprise me if scam-ad-visor was a scam, as most of those community feedback sites are themselves full of adverts and such.

Hi
fagsandtobacco (& previously tobaccoonline)
I've used these companies successfully over the years.
This year (2019) problems.
Order placed in May - only 1st part delivered.
Order placed in July - nothing delivered.
Have chased both orders at regular intervals - both by email & phone - no reply.
Have they gone bust? Have they turned into scammers?
Anyone know anything?
