
This is an article about the psychology of smoking, and its a little like a Desmond Morris peoplewatching-type study.
Of course it also proves a few biases and unproven facts. For example it describes body language and holding patterns which largely went out of fashion years ago. And of course it claims 80% of smokers say it eases stress, and then goes on to claim 'smoking is like hitting yourself over the head with a hammer". I'd say quite the opposite; smoking saves the hammer! (hence the photo above)
