Updates:
For some reason, the 'auto moderation' tools I had working perfectly decided to moderate random threads of its own accord. This meant that new threads werent showing up since the middle of Feb, replaced instead by endless threads going into moderation. I have not found out this is going on, so to get back to normal, I have temporarily removed the Quarantine Tool on this forum. This means I can now see new posts (sorry for the late replies/approval) and all the threads in the photo section should now be free to view by anyone. Just to re-iterate, this was not some shady conspiracy of attack to shut down the site and moderate contents, it was just the software tools bugging out.

I will moderate the site manually for now. I noticed among the new posts was a post from cigsonline.com - which was removed, especially in the face of the Is Buying Cigs Online Safe..? thread on the same page.

I've not been updating the forum much recently, so thanks again to the people who keep posting and keeping my enthusiasm up on this project.

I now have a 1080p LED/LCD Monitor, so I can now see what the forum looks like Widescreen. So you can expect the images to be generally larger than before.

I'm very happy to say the new Flavoured and Unique threads are going very well, and it is a joy to bring images of some sensational cigs to those who may not be aware of them before. I have had my eyes opened by the variety and the sheer number of flavours and styles, which are just about still out there to buy and try for yourself.

We are almost rolled around to our third anniversary online. Thanks everyone for supporting the forum, and checking out our unique club! . Due to spam recently, the old quarantine system has been put back in place. No new threads are allowed to be posted on the forum, and any replies must be verified by me. It only take one bad apple to spoil things, and hopefully this wont affect too many people.

I noticed something very strange today. The view count on the threads has been slashed for some reason. Those threads with less than 100 views are now showing as Zero views. I notice in Smoke:Tube the ones with 600 views are now showing closer to 400. The daily visitor count is also reset, and this is usually 500-600 people, but its showing only 126. So something is wrong and lets hope it doesnt affect much.

Our average users online has dropped slightly recently, but its difficult to get an accurate number because of some 'board migration' bugs on the forum?

I noticed the user stats are being reset to zero quite often, and pages which have over 1000 views are being reduced back to zero views.
This has been happening a lot recently, and it means the viewing figures for threads are often wrong by several thousands.

General News

Hi everybody. You may have noticed that our little forum has attracted a few mainstream comments recently. It seems my shrine to the joy of smoking is taken a bit too seriously by some people. Rather than let the forum degenerate to the level of petty arguments from tobacco haters, I've taken the step to ban guest posts on most of the threads. The old quarantine system is always breaking down, and I'm not sure if it even still works at all, so spam of all kinds was starting to be an issue. The Buying Cigs Online section is still open as usual, and the WSC smoking shows, so we can still share responses, help and advice, and members can still post as normal.

Getting in to debates is not where the forum is headed, and is meant for people who love smoking, and to look at lovely smoking photos, videos, and nice articles about smoking, from a pro-smoking, anti-anti-smoking point of view. It was meant to be a gathering of like-minded friends, where haters are not welcome, to keep the place friendly for smokers, and particularly women, and men who love to see women smoking. Any form or harassment (if you notice it says it in the forum rules) will be edited or removed without question, especially if that harassment is aimed towards me or my forum.

People have come to expect 100% free speech in life, and this has lead to a general lack of respect; both on the internet and also in the real world. I moderate several forums, and this often means removing spam, hate or harassment speech, and luckily this forum has been free of that since it began. Hopefully it will continue on this way, and any new members signing up to cause trouble will find they are banned.

You may notice since I locked down most of the forum to combat spam (and anti-smokers) the casual users browsing has dropped slightly to average around 450 guests per day. This is fine, and Im hoping this maintains a steady plateau for a while. There are not so many photos which are open source and not used already, and not may non-commercial youtubers for SmokeTube.

I want to keep this site primarily as a shrine to woman smokers, and I dont really like to go in to the doom and gloom side of smoking which is painted everywhere these days, as there is so much lies printed on packs these days its hard to know where to begin. But its outrageous that this is going on, and so I'll probably post more.

The images for the forum have been drying up again recently. While several sources upload thousands of images per month, of those only one or two are what I would call glamorous or seductive, and make it to the forum. Im wary of posting images from some sources, as they could disappear, leaving me with blank posts. I also dont put much time into the forum these days, so the photos and/or celeb photos are now two posts a week instead of three.

Its a landmark month as we broke 500 threads, 500 (and 50!) Members, and almost 2,400 posts.

To celebrate this and also the holiday season, I've been working on two videos which remix some of the classic WSC 'Smoke Vision' shows from 1996-2006, as two 'very best of' videos. The first one was originally released as SV119 in 2014, and has been extended. The second video is a brand new mix, and is very hot, called The Seduction of Smoking. If you enjoy the forum as much as I do, it would be great if you could check out those videos, as its a hot mix but also I am going 50/50 with Steve in them. As this forum is unfunded, and Im broke right now, I feel it would be a very welcome 'thank you' to reciprocate your views and give something amazing, and also get whatever I deserve in return.

I am hoping the videos will be available to buy a some point soon. To advertise my shows, I'll also me running a "Twelve Days of Cigsmas" series, in the photo gallery, which is a continuation of the galleries you love already, but more content will be added each day.

As a quick update to the news above. My specially created video "The Seduction of Smoking" will be available for just a few more days. The film was a collab with Models Up Close, capturing some of my favourite classic moments from 2005-2008. Sadly, only 1 person bought the video, and I feel the xmas promotion to give something back was a waste of time.

After the forced takedown of images and threads recently, I feel rather deflated, so havent felt like updating the site in a while. It takes a long time to find images, stories, articles, online duty-free stores etc, with no income for my hours of research. I feel like giving up, and I might lock the site down, but for now its in limbo.

This year the forum has been on a low profile strategy, since the threat of takedowns, so that we can keep going over the long term. The aim is to prove a smoke lovers forum, and hopefully nobody can make an issue about this. I/we moderate sexual words, swear words, and generally fetish related comments, to keep the website rating to PG rather than 18+. Due to relentless spammers last year, I had to lock down all the threads to prevent new posts or even replies in some sections. Only the Welcome Newbies section is unaffected by this, and the Buying Cigs, Is It Safe section. We cant encourage your own stories due to the nature of the hosts rules, or links to other material, so I guess its fair that I post the threads and responsibility.

Its seems everything is shut down at the moment, so its seems fair to keep this forum ticking over, to give folks something to look forward to each week. The quality of photos has gone up, thanks for several more image share sites than a new years ago, which means for now I can go back to cherry picking the highlights. I have a long list of pics which I constantly update, and transfer them to the forum in catagories.

As for news stories, the news isnt great at the moment. The packs worldwide have got all kinds of gross image rape photos on them now, which spoils the 120s and Special/Flavoured section. So although I might add new brands if I can find them, the images are all old and historical packs only. So the impact of the brand and style is lost. Even now the Far East have this going on, so only the United States of America is still free from this meddling of legitimate company branding. ok, time for a cig.

Due to people not reading the rules, we had a spike of spamming last week on the photo culture thread. It only take one bad apple to spoil it for everyone, and some trolls dont care about keeping the site clean. I have had to make the photo smoking culture boards read only, and nobody except myself can post anything on there. I've had to deal with relentless trolls before, forcing me to lock down the whole site, and this is unacceptable behaviour.
