I updated a few settings today, and now you should be able to see the attachments. This should be working for registered users and also guests.

Problem viewing Smokevision

Have several laptops, dongles and SIMs. Problem only started this year (here in the UK) Inability to access Smokevision via the EE network. Been fine for years. Purchased a prepaid Three SIM via Ebay a few months ago to access Smokevision and make a purchase. Just bought another Three SIM, which 'allows' Smokevision access.

Here in the UK it's increasingly difficult to 'prove' even us geriatrics are 18+. So can't view half of Youtube. eg not been possible to access Smokevision via any mobile EE dongle or Three network. 'Requires' a credit card - which I do not have - only a debit card - to prove my age....

Cannot preview most Smokevision on Youtube, without ‘proving’ I am an adult. I am approaching retirement, but Youtube does not accept my Visa Debit as proof of adulthood.

Fortunately, when able to access, via the Three SIM, I have been able to purchase downloads via your site.

Wondered whether others have had similar issues.

Yes it looks like your internet provider has some kind of child lock in place. Some providers have this activated by default sometimes on public network phones, just in case people want to access restricted sites in a public place. There should be a way to switch that off on your customer settings account. Not sure if using a VPN would help or make things worse
